Both the Civil Applications are filed by the Original Claimants, who have lost their lands in acquisition of proceedings, for condonation of delay of 5436 days caused in filing the appeal respectively. The appeal is filed for enhancement of amount of compensation.

For the reasons recorded in the applications, the applications stand allowed. Delay of 5436 days caused in appeals stands condoned respectively subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 5,000/-, in the Advocate Bar Association Library, High Court Aurangabad, within four weeks from today. 3.

The applicants shall not be entitled to receive any interest for the delayed period in case the appeal is allowed and the amount of compensation is enhanced.
