Vide this order, the petitioner is seeking directions against the Respondents to give admission to the petitioner for postal D.Ed. Course. Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel submits that now the dead line to complete the postal D.Ed. is extended to 2019. The petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher with Respondent No.5. 3.

Mr.Barlinge, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 on instructions accepts that the petitioner is in service with Respondent No.5 and further states that on instructions that the petitioner may complete the postal D.Ed. course and for that

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 do not have any objection. Pursuant thereto, in case there is no impediment, the Respondent authority shall give admission to the petitioner to postal D.Ed. course. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
