These Civil Applications are filed for condonation of delay in filing applications for restoration of writ petitions and for quashing and setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar on 24.04.2017 dismissing the Writ Petition for not removing the office objections.

We have perused the averments made in the Civil Applications. Case is made out for allowing the civil applications for condonation of delay for restoration of the Writ petitions and for quashing and setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar on the condition that applicants to remove all office objections within a period of three (3) weeks from today. We have accordingly pass the following order :
(I) Order dated 24.04.2017 passed by the learned Registrar is set side. Delay caused in filing civil applications is condoned on the condition that applicants to remove all office objections within a period of three (3) weeks from today.
(II)It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are not removed within three (3) weeks from today, the order passed by the learned Registrar to stand restored and the order passed by this Court today stand vacated. No order as to costs.
