Present Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of writ petition and for quashing and setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar dated 24.04.2017 dismissing the Writ Petition for not removing the office objections.

We are satisfied with the averments made in the Civil Application that the delay is sufficiently explained. Delay in filing civil application is also accordingly condoned. It is made clear that civil application for condonation of delay for

931-CA.808-22.odt restoration of the Writ petition is allowed on the condition that applicants to remove all office objections within a period of three (3) weeks from today. We accordingly pass the following order :

(I) Order dated 24.04.2017 passed by the learned Registrar is set side. Delay caused in filing civil application is condoned on the condition that applicants to remove all office objections within a period of three (3) weeks from today.

(II)It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are not removed within three (3) weeks from today, the order passed by the learned Registrar to stand restored and the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated. No order as to costs.
