Learned AGP states that there is an alternate remedy available to the petitioner to approach before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal as the respondent No.4 is in Government service. The matter pertains to insertion of name of nominee of respondent No.4 in service record.

In light of that and objection raised by respondents, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petitioner may avail the alternate remedy. In that event, all points are kept open. Writ petition is disposed of.
