Heard. Mr. Sonpawale, learned counsel for appellant/acquiring body. He submits that the cheques of compensation amount as directed by this Court are ready. The acquiring body is going to deposit the cheques. The time limit given by this Court is expired and the same needs to be extended by accepting the cheques of the compensation amount.

O R D E R

I.

Time limit is hereby extended to accept the cheques.

II.

The Registry to accept the cheques of compensation amount as per the order passed earlier by this Court without prejudice to the rights and interest of opposite side.

III.

The civil applications seeking extension of time to deposit the amount, are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
