On perusal of the affidavit in rejoinder tendered by petitioner, it appears that the grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition has been redressed since he has been retained in the same school and assigned full work load.

In this view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of keeping the option to avail of remedies available in law, open for the petitioner, as and when cause of action accrues.
