ORDER:- 1.

Heard. The applicant Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay of 137 days caused in challenging the award dated 17 July 2019 in LAR No. 951 of 2017. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the delay has been caused due to time spent in obtaining necessary approvals at various levels. Hence, in view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 137 days stands condoned and the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Place the appeal for admission, after removal of offce objections, if any. Interim relief, if any, is continued till then.
