PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The case of the petitioner, as reflected in the proposal routed through Deputy Director of Education, which is said to be pending with Respondent No.1-Secretary, is not yet decided. Respondent No.1 has not taken any final decision in spite of the order passed by this Court on 16th August, 2010 in Writ Petition No.7319/2010.

2) We direct Respondent No.1 to take a decision on the proposal of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15th May, 2015. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

3) We make it clear that in case no decision is taken by Respondent No.1 on the proposal of the petitioner within stipulated time, the disposed of petition will automatically stand revived and it will be treated as Contempt Petition. After such decision is taken by Respondent No.1, the concerned Secretary to communicate the same to the petitioner as well as to the office of Government Pleader, (2) BDV
