So far as relief claimed by the petitioner in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D" are concerned, those have already been met and as such, no grievance survives in respect of those prayers. Petitioner has also claimed interest at the rate of 12% p.a. on the amount, which according to it, is liable to be recovered from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., (MSEDCL). Considering peculiar facts and circumstances of the matter and considering the fact that most of the grievances raised by the petitioner, in this petition, have been satisfied, it would not be appropriate to grant further indulgence in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
