The applicants pray for condonation of 373 days delay caused in filing this civil application praying for restoration of the writ petition which was refused registration by the learned Registrar for non- removal of office objections.

Considering that the writ petition was not registered, this civil application is allowed for the reasons set out in the application, subject to a total costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rs.Five thousand only), which would be deposited with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft khs/OCT.2018/3437-d

(Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 22/10/2018.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 22/10/2018 and failing to do so and/or failing to deposit the amount, will lead to the dismissal of the writ petition without reference to the Court on 23/10/2018.

If the above directions are complied with, list the writ petition for admission on 30/10/2018.
