Shri Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the original petitioner Shri Uttam Sakharam More has expired on 17th October, 2020. He submits that the legal representatives of the petitioner do not wish to prosecute the petition.

In the right of aforesaid statement the petition stands disposed of. However, the right of the legal representatives of the original petitioner to prosecute the petition, if they choose to, shall not considered to be foreclosed this order.

In view of disposal of the petition, the Civil Application No. 2792 of 2021 preferred by respondent No. 4 does not survive and,
