Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the Respondent/ State. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners during the course of arguments submits that already the complaint has been lodged against the Respondents by the petitioners.

We have carefully perused the contents of the First Information Report.

225.15WP Upon perusal of the contents of the First Information Report, the offences are prima facie disclosed and those need investigation. Apart from obstructing the work carried out by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the overt act is attributed to the petitioners that they have damaged some constructed work. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. Hence the Petition stands rejected.
