The applicants are contending that the following sentence has impinged on their rights :- "Hence, the disbursement of the compensation amount by the competent authorities to respondent Nos. 3 to 6, would be subject to the result in RCS No.167/2017. This petition, is therefore, dismissed.".

Grievance is that the applicants feel that they would not be disbursed the said amount.

It is obvious that the applicants have not followed the meaning of the said order dated 12/03/2018 and seek review of the same, khs/FEB.2019/2964-d

- 2 - when this Court has not stayed the disbursement. 4.

In view of the above even if delay of 306 days is condoned, no purpose would be achieved in taking up the review application since it is devoid of merit and it is based on apprehension. 5.

As such, the civil application stands rejected. 6.

Learned AGP assures that he would convey the correct meaning of the said sentence to the SDO.
