2] By order dated 20th August, 2021, this Court has dismissed the criminal application for want of prosecution. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, inadvertently the counsel had not noted date of hearing and in view of the same, said order of dismissal came to be passed.

3] In view of the above, and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to the paid to eb High Court Bar Library, Aurangabad.
