The learned A.G.P., on instructions submits that vigilance has been completed and the matter is kept for hearing before the Scrutiny Committee on 12.3.2018.

The petitioner shall positively appear before the Committee on 12.3.2018 and file his say to the vigilance report, if not already filed and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding. The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The respondents may allow the petitioner to proceed with the internship, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible, however, the degree certificate shall not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

The respondents no.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validity proceeding is pending.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
