Learned counsel submits that the petitioner, in June, 2019, has approached the Chief Executive Ofcer making her grievance about transfer. The same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Patil, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3. 3.

As per Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the Chief Executive Ofcer is competent to take decision upon the grievance of the employees/Assistant Teacher regarding transfer. 4.

In case the application is fled by the petitioner and pending with respondent No.2 (Page 28), then respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within two months. 5.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
