The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a feeding mother. The child is 13 months old. The petitioner has applied to the Chief Executive Officer for transferring her at convenient place on 21.09.2019. The same is not considered.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. and learned counsel for Zilla Parishad.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a feeding mother and child is 13 months old, the respondent no.3 shall consider the application filed by the petitioner (Page 29) expeditiously and make an endeavour to place the petitioner at the place of convenience in the available vacancies. 4.

The decision shall be taken within a period of fifteen (15) days from today.
