Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

These applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the first appeals.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants are the claimants whose land reference is partly allowed. The appeals are preferred for enhancement in the amount of compensation. 4.

The applications are vehemently opposed by the learned AGP. 5.

However, considering that the appeals are filed by the claimants who lost their property in acquisitions, this Court is inclined to allow the applications with certain conditions. Hence following order:

ORDER

(i) Civil Applications are allowed, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the delayed period in case the amount is enhanced by this Court.

( 3 ) (ii) Delay stands condoned. Office to register first appeals. (iii) The applicants shall deposit costs of Rs.1,500/- each application to be paid to the Day Care Centre, High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today. . (iv) With this, civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed off.
