1) The application is filed for recalling the order made by this Court on 27-11-2015 in Civil Application No.1275/2015. By this order, the matter as against respondent No.2 was dismissed as no steps in respect respondent No.2 were taken. Learned counsel takes blame to himself. So, the order is recalled. The Civil Application No.1275/2015 as against respondent No.2 is restored. Leave to correct the address. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to supply new address of respondent No.2. Office to issue notice on the new address, made returnable on 27th April 2016.
