ORDER:

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed application for issuance of caste certificate. The same is not being decided by the respondent No. 3. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that, in case the application filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 would decide the same on its own merits.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) In case the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste/tribe certificate is pending with respondent no. 3, then

4 Sr4to8WP2407.2018 respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from today.
