This is an application for setting aside the order dated 08.01.2018, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the petition on account of failure to remove office objections.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order dated 08.01.2018, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), is quashed and set aside and the matter is restored to its original position. Delay occurred in presenting instant application is condoned. Applicant/Petitioner to remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the

{2} 103 CA 5213 of 2018 event of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order passed today shall be deemed to have been recalled.
