We have heard Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Tribhuvan, learned counsel for respondents no. 6 and 7 submits that the petitioner is paid the arrears of pension amounting to Rs.2,52,329/- on 30.12.2016 and Rs. 2,58,752/- on 27.10.2018 and the regular pension

2 wp 5862.18 is also being paid.

The respondents if there is no other impediment shall pay the family pension regularly to the petitioner.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
