Today one more application came to be filed for the appellant for extension of time to deposit the cost amount as per the order made by this Court on 17.4.2015. Notice of this proceeding is given to the other side. Learned counsel Shri. Bora waives notice for respondents.

Application is allowed. Time is extended to 4.9.2015. But, now the cost of Rs. 10,000/- is to be paid. Thus, the amount of Rs. 5000/- is to be paid more. Subject to that condition, application is allowed. If cost amount is not paid till the next date, the proceeding shall stand dismissed automatically on 4.9.2015.
