Mr Irpatgire, learned Advocate for applicant submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court granting withdrawal of the amount, the petitioner had submitted bank guarantee. The applicant had approached the Apex Court. The Apex Court modified the order and as per the order of the Apex Court, the applicant has submitted security to the satisfaction of the Collector. In view of that learned Advocatel submits that the bank guarantee submitted pursuant to the orders of this Court be discharged.

The learned Advocate for the acquiring body has no objection for the same.

In light of that, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Civil Application disposed of.
