Heard. Perused order dated 15.12.2004 passed in this petition, which reads as under :- "The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a cheque for the amount of Rs.50,000/- in pursuance of the order dated 16.11.2004. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has become trained teacher in May, 2000. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is entitled to get the salary of trained teacher w.e.f. May, 2000. Hence, we direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pay the arrears of salary of the petitioner w.e.f. May, 2000 till the date of this order, within one month from today. The petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3."
