ORDER :

The application is filed for transfer of H.M.P. No. 187/2014 presently pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kopargaon. Transfer is sought to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner. Both the sides are heard. 2.
It is the case of applicant, wife that she has no source of income and she will be required to spend on conveyance, both for herself and for attendant. It is her case that she has filed two proceedings, one for maintenance and other under the provisions of Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act and they are pending in the Court from Sangamner and so, no inconvenience will be caused to the husband if H.M.P. is transferred to the Court from Sangamner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court holds that for conveyance of both the sides, it is desirable that the H.M.P. is transferred to the Court from Sangamner. 4.
So, the application is allowed. H.M.P. No. 187/2014 presently pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kopargaon is withdrawn from that Court and is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner. The new Court is to see that the date of the present matter is given as per the conveyance of the parties, so that they are not required to come to the Court separately for remaining two matters. Parties are to appear in the new Court on 21.11.2015.
