The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that civil suit for the same subject matter is filed and pending for consideration.

Under Section 22 of the Mamlatdars Courts Act, the orders passed by the civil court would override orders passed by the Mamlatdars Courts. He may seek appropriate relief in the civil court. The concurrent orders passed by the authorities under the Mamlatdars Courts Act are not interfered in exercise of writ jurisdiction.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
