The request of the Petitioners is that, their entitlement to the second and the third modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) be scrutinized, verified and if their entitlement is established, they may be granted the benefits as per the Government Resolution, dated 02/03/2019.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.3/Regional Deputy Director, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department, Latur and Respondent No.4/Assistant Director, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare, Nanded, examine the eligibility and entitlement of these

1983.24wp (2) Petitioners, by verifying their service records as regards, for their second and third benefits under the ACP Scheme in the light of the Government Resolution dated 02/03/2019.

In the event, it is crystallized that any of them has a right to the said benefits, the same may be made available to him subject to his entitlement, within a period of 120 days from today. (R. M.
