The grievance of the petitioner is that the entry of the petitioner in Gat No. 1465 is not being mutated in the revenue record.

The petitioner has filed application.

The learned A.G.P. states that for such grievances, the Divisional Commissioner has constituted the Committee under Circular dated 13.2.2015.

In view of the above, we pass following order.

The petitioner shall approach the Committee constituted under Circular dated 13.2.2015 ventilating his grievance.

On receipt of the said application/representation from the petitioner, the Committee shall take decision expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
