PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5 submits that the respondent nos.4 and 5 have challenged compromise entered into before the Lok Adalat. The stay has been granted by the learned Single Judge of this Court on condition of deposit of some amount. The writ petition is also filed against the compromise entered into before the Lok Adalat stating that the State-Acquiring Body is not party to the compromise before the Lok Adalat.

In view of the statement, the award passed in the Lok Adalat are stayed by this Court,

(2) 1055-wp-8858-2018 as per the statement of the learned counsel for respondents no further orders at this stage can be passed in the present writ petition.

In view of that, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. The petitioners may take steps as per the order that will be passed in the pending writ petition.
