Having regard to that petitioners have possible alternate remedy available in the form of further revision against order passed by Commissioner pursuant to provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and as contended by the respondents, writ petition is not being entertained and is being disposed of leaving it open for the petitioners to take up alternate remedy as suggested.

2.
