Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since July2017, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner is a student and wants to take chance for admission in the professional course. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that, the Committee would decide the proceeding on its own merits.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is a student, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent no. 2 shall endeavour to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably by the end of May-2018.

(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

(iii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.03.2018.
