PER COURT :- 1) It is the grievance of the petitioner that his name has not been included in the voters list on the ground that he is a defaulter of a co-operative society. According to the petitioner, he has cleared off all the dues after finalization of the voters list. Admittedly, the stage of entertaining the objections to the voters list has elapsed and as such, the grievance raised by the petitioner has not been rightly entertained by the Election Officer. 2) The Writ Petition is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected.
