Learned Advocate for respondent no.5 has placed on record communication dated 12.09.2025 addressed by Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to the Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar forwarding the proposal of the petitioner for inclusion of his name in Shalarth Pranali. The same is marked as "X" for identification. 2.

The Divisional Deputy Director of Education shall take decision on the said proposal within four weeks from today and include the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali. 3.

With these directions, the contempt petition is disposed of. 4.
