The writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation addressed to them from time to time, which raises the issue regarding the release 1/2

29 WP NO. 2303 OF 2025 of drain water into the reservoir and its effect on the petitioner's contractual fishing rights, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six (06) weeks.
