Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire deposited compensation which is admittedly 50% of the impugned award. This Court vide order dtd. 20.12.2022 has already permitted the applicants in connected matter to withdraw the deposited amounts. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount along with the interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
