Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Petitioners' tribe claims are pending with respondent no. 5 committee from a long time and learned counsel for petitioners submits that the same are yet to be decided.

In the circumstances, it would be appropriate that respondent no. 5 committee decides claims pending before it, of the petitioners as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Petitioners shall co-operate respondent no. 5 committee in expeditious disposal of their claims and will appear before the committee on 27-12-2018 and abide by further schedule fixed by the committee.

Till disposal of tribe claims of petitioners by the committee, no coercive action be taken against the petitioners. 6.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
