Learned counsel for the respondent sole has strongly resisted the application. The applicant is poor lady of 58 years old, who lost her only son in an untoward incident. She has no means of livelihood. It was difficult for her to prosecute the appeal. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in civil application, delay of 595 days caused in filing first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is disposed of.

In first appeal, Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. Navandar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent-sole. List the first appeal on 5.8.2016.
