Applicant No.1-A Subhadrabai Vithal Bankar died on 21.11.2016. Her death certificate is on record. Applicant Nos.1B to 1K are the legal representatives of deceased Subhadrabai Vithal Bankar. Therefore, the name of applicant No.1A Subhadrabai Vithal Bankar be deleted from this Application. The name of respondent No.2A Subhadrabai Vithal Bankar be deleted

(2) CA No.3957/2019 in First Appeal No.3598 of 2016. Correction be made in appeal memo as well as in the Civil Application.

Civil Application No. 3957 of 2019 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

As the First Appeal is already dismissed on 29.09.2016 the appellants to delete the name of Subhadrabai Vithal Bankar within two weeks from the date of passing of this order.
