Perused the letter from learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Gangakhed, District Parbhani for extension of time to decide Regular Civil Suit No.100 of 2012 (Ganpat Shete Vs. Uttamrao Shete and others) dated 13.11.2025). The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Parbhani has forwarded the said communication with her remarks by communication dated 18.11.2025. It appears that there were genuine personal reasons for the Presiding Officer to proceed on leave after this Court had granted last chance to her by order dated 17.07.2025. It is also stated now that after so many years and after the exhibits which are reaching to around Exhibit-732 to 734, the plaintiff has filed applications for production of documents and for amendment of plaint. 9-wp-2639-2024.odt been stated that vide pursis Exhibit-764, it was informed that the plaintiffs have approached this Court by filing writ petition and the said writ petition is awaiting at the stage of admission. 2.

Taking into consideration this development and subject to the further progress in the writ petition, the concerned Presiding Officer i.e. Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Gangakhed, is directed to keep the matter day to day and dispose of the matter within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the writ of this order. There will not be further extension and if it is found that proper efforts are not taken, then the matter would be seriously viewed.
