DATE: 6th March, 2019 PER COURT:- Heard Shri K.N.Shermale, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company. Perused the impugned Judgment and grounds of objection raised in exception to the said Judgment.

In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. II) Balance 50% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

{2} CA 3374 OF 2019 III) Hearing of the appeal is expedited.

IV) Civil Application No.3374 of 2019 stands disposed of.
