We have heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

According to learned Advocate for the petitioner, as per perspective plan, the proposal was filed for starting JNM Nursing Course Colleges. Three (03) JNM Course Colleges are proposed in Beed District, however, the proposal is not forwarded.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that for three Institutions in the Beed District for the academic year 2021-2022 already recommendations are made by respondent No. 2. In view of that petitioner's claim cannot be entertained.

In view of the above, for the academic year 2022-3023 the petitioner may apply in tune with perspective plan. In case, the application of petitioner is in tune with perspective plan, the same be considered by the respondents.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
