This is an application for condonation of delay. Mr. Sancheti, the learned counsel for non applicant No. 1 opposes the application on the ground no sufficient cause is stated. 2.

It is submitted that, the appeal filed by claimant against same judgment and award is admitted by this Court. Present appeal is by the acquiring body.

The averments made in the application are not controverted by the non applicant No. 1 by filing any affidavit. For the reasons stated in the application and considering the facts as narrated above, the civil application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.
