PER COURT :- None for the petitioner.

The petitioner had approached this Court for questioning the order dated 20.8.2002, passed by the District Collector, Nanded, rejecting the application of the petitioner, by which, he had prayed for deleting the name of respondent No.6 from the provisional voters' list. This Court admitted the petition on 5.10.2002 but refused interim relief.

Learned counsel for the respondent / Bank submits that the impugned order pertains to the election of the Bank and sixteen years have passed by during which period, at least three elections must have been held. He submits that this petition is rendered infructuous. akl/d

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2- WRIT PETITION NO. 3801 OF 2002 I find that this petition is rendered infructuous as the prayer for deleting the voter from the provisional voters' list of 2002 is the issue involved.
