1) Heard. The only prayer made by the petitioner is for direction to Respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Nanded to consider and decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 2.3.2010 for inter district transfer from Zilla Parishad, Nashik to Zilla Parishad, Nanded in view of Government Resolution dated 29.9.2011 under the head of "Couple convenience" from VJ-A category.

2) As the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous and since similar prayers were considered and granted by this court in Writ Petition No.3359/2014, we are inclined to grant the prayer made by the petitioner. 3) The petition is disposed of with a direction

to Respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Nanded to consider and decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 2.3.2010 for inter district transfer from Zilla Parishad, Nashik to Zilla Parishad, Nanded in view of Government Resolution dated 29.9.2011 under the head of "Couple convenience" from VJ-A category, as early as possible and positively within a period of six weeks from the date of relceipt of this order. Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
