Heard Mr Barlinge, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

Our attention was invited to the order of the Scrutiny Committee, whereby claim of the petitioner and her sister i.e. the present applicant was decided and the Committee invalidated the claim of the present applicant Alfiya as well as other sister Kum. Arshiya.

In view of above referred facts, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.
