This is an application seeking recall of the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of petition on account of failure of the petitioner to remove office objections. Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the petition is quashed and set aside. Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections, order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been vacated.
