As per the order passed by this Court dated 14th December, 2021, the terms of compromise were referred to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification and report thereof. Accordingly, the Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report today. On going through the report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial), it is noticed that the Registrar (Judicial) has verified the parties as well as the terms of compromise arrived between the parties and accordingly submitted the report.

O R D E R

I.

The second appeal is disposed of in view of the terms of compromise.

Decree be drawn as per the terms of compromise arrived between the parties marked as 'X' for identification.

The R&P be sent to the concerned Court.
