The learned A.G.P. takes a preliminary objection, against the impugned order dated 01.12.2020 which has been passed by the respondent No.2, under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (MLR Code), that a revison lies under Section 257 of the MLR Code. The language of Section 257 of the MLR Code is wide enough to, include even an order passed on an application for condonation of delay. Faced with this statement, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the appropriate revisional authority under Section 257 of the MLR Code. 2.

Leave granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
